Executive Vice President, HR & Administration
With 20 years experience in human resources and operations management, Karen is responsible for the global operations of the company’s human resources, office management, information technology and administrative systems and services. Two notable assets Karen possesses are her intimate knowledge of operational issues in public relations agencies and her extensive history in the technology and health care industries.
Seven years ago, Karen joined Digital Influence Group from Caritas St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, where she played an integral role in managing benefits and human resources for the medical and health care establishment. During her time there, Karen worked closely with the leadership, finance, corporate and local human resources teams on strategy and implementation, as the organization experienced growth and integration. Prior to Caritas St. Elizabeth’s, Karen was Director of Human Resources for Weber Shandwick Worldwide, one of the largest global public relations agencies. Over her five plus years with Weber Shandwick, Karen helped to develop and implement a wide range of benefits as the company evolved from a handful of offices with 300 employees to more than 60 offices worldwide with more than 3,000 employees. Karen joined Weber from Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Hampshire, where she was Project Manager and Compensation Specialist for one of the world’s most recognized health care benefits organizations. Earlier in her career, Karen filled key operational and human resources roles for WZEA Radio of Hampton, NH and WRCA Radio of Greater Boston.
Karen has a broad range of HR and finance related professional affiliations, including Society of Human Resources Management, North East Human Resources Association, New England Employee Benefits Council and American Payroll Association.
