1. How would you explain what you do for work in 3 sentences or less to your 7 year old niece?
You know how you when you get a new toy, you show it to all of your friends and let them play with it so they see how awesome it is, and then they tell their moms that they want one too? I work with the people who make the toys to make sure that everyone knows how awesome they are.
2. If you were a crayon, what color would you be and why?
Razzle Dazzle Rose – is there any explanation needed?
3. What do you have as your desktop wallpaper right now?
Photo of my fiancé and I from the night we got engaged about two months ago
4. What is your favorite drink?
Any kind of hard cider – particularly Magners or Woodchuck. I studied abroad in Ireland in college, where I discovered Magners, and my life has not been the same since.
5. If you were a character in Harry Potter, which one would you be?
This is tough – I’d love to be Hermoine, but I think I’m more of a Ron. Courageous when you least expect it, confident under pressure, and loyal until the end.
6. What is the last movie you went to see?
I just finally went to go see The Muppets! Anything that allows me to embrace my childlike side is a must in my book.
7. If you could be a superhero, what superpowers would you want to have?
The ability to teleport definitely – would love to eliminate all of the wasted hours I spend getting from one place to another. And the ability to stop time a la Zach Morris – some moments end much too soon.
8. Have you in the past or would you ever bungee jump or sky dive?
I would LOVE to skydive – definitely on my bucket list. And I already have bungee jumped – Acapulco, Mexico, 2003, at a place that was connected to a bar, where the man who tied my harness told me to “jump like Pocahontas”. Probably not my best decision, but ask me to show you the video sometime.
9. What is your favorite music group or artist?
This is no secret – I’m a totally devoted, diehard Gleek. They need their own category.
10. What is your favorite website, blog or online community?
Facebook because it introduced me to the world of social media and kick-started my passion, and Google’s suite of tools because I love being able to customize and sync everything so that I can access anything I need anywhere – I can’t imagine my world without either of these.
