“The Walking Dead” Doesn’t Want You to Get Left Behind

“The Walking Dead” is finally returning from hiatus this Sunday 2/12, and I can barely contain myself.

Apparently, the folks at AMC think the rest of TWD fans are equally as excited for more Sunday nights spent with Rick, Shane and the rest of our friends trying to survive the zombie attack.

As Rebecca mentioned in her recent TWD post, the show is doing a great job of keeping viewers entertained and engaged on their social channels during this break. And now they’ve launched one final tactic to make certain that you are on the couch at 9 on Sunday: The Walking Dead: Left Behind.

This Facebook application allows you to enable log in through your account to create a custom, first-person video experience that pulls in information from your profile and social connections, in the style of Take this Lollipop, where you wake up in the middle of a TWD nightmare. I don’t want to spoil it for you, but check out some examples of what my experience was like:

Now try it for yourself and see if you can survive.
